Job Responsibilities
- Create a comfortable and open environment to encourage students to share their opinions, suggestions, and concerns
- Compare our institution’s performance with that of competitors in terms of student satisfaction and feedback
- Calculate Net Promoter Score using the feedback received, identifying promoters, passives, and detractors
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to understand industry trends, best practices, and potential areas of differentiation
- Initiate phone calls to students of the designated category to gather feedback on their experiences
- Record feedback accurately and ensure that all relevant information is captured during the conversation
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of business fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with students and colleagues
- Basic knowledge of excel and docs
- Prior experience in feedback collection, NPS calculation, and competitor analysis is a plus.
- Good communication skills
- Strong knowledge in the edtech field
