Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop technical best practices for issues Join calls with other team members and customers to troubleshoot issues, when required.
- You are also likely be involved in technical activities associated with FlexPLM implementations.
- Best practices in knowledge management Work with integrity, independence and diligence to ensure timely resolution.
- Gain and maintain deep technical understanding of the FlexPLM application as well as various aspects of its Cloud Deployment Troubleshoot/Investigate various aspects of the application stack.
Job Requirements
- Some awareness of cloud computing (AWS / Azure).
- Proficient in Java, HTML and Javascript.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and concisely.
- Must be Linux aware (Proficiency preferred).
- Knowledge of IT networking fundamentals and security principles is a plus.
- Ability to diagnose issues using logs, monitoring tools, and basic coding/scripting.
