Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
- Provide a customer centric service through their understanding of the customers’ issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff with the configuration and troubleshooting of MCAD applications (Creo, Solidworks, Catia, AutoCAD or other MCAD solutions) integrated with Windchill PLM and Visualization services
- Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers
Job Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to Windchill/PLM interaction with CAD (Creo, Solidworks, AutoCAD or other MCAD solutions) and Client-Server architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (B.E) in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Masters in Computer Application MCA or related field
- Experience in any CAD application (Creo, Solidworks, Catia, UGNX, AutoCAD) is a must
