Job Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends, respond appropriately
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities
- Support the team during online campaigns, events, or promotions
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging posts across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos
- Stay updated with the latest social media tools and practices
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work in evening shift (7.30PM-11.30PM IST)
- Basic understanding of popular social media platforms and trends
- Basic knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.) is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar is a plus
