Job Responsibilities
- Ability to seamlessly manage conflicts
- Positive attitude & Flexible
- Good to have experience as a Quality Analyst/Quality Auditor/Call Auditor
- Proficiency in MS Excel required
- Compile and analyze statistical data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Investigate customer complain and product issues
- Good to have a basic understanding of BPI tools
Job Requirements
- Must have a reliable internet connection
- Work independently with little supervision in a fast-paced agency environment
- Must have a demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Willing to work night shifts
