Job Requirements
- Achieving contact center statistics and SLAs (contractual metrics).
- Attending coaching sessions & ensure feedback is implemented.
- Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program.
- Resolving requests/inquiries made by customers via calls.
- Completing upskilling & e-courses mandated by each program.
- Adhering to non-disclosure agreement & data security policies.
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
- Any full time HSC/UG/PG Graduate (Arts/Science/Commerce/Engineering/Pharma/MBA/MCA) – 2025 Passout can apply
- Candidates must reside within a radius of 25 Km of our office.
- Flexibility to work shifts including nights.
- Good analytical and typing skills.
- Proficient with MS office suites and computer skills.
