Company is looking for a smart, multifaceted and results-oriented teammate to support the subscriptions’ business at Apple across Video, Music and other services in their day to day role with a variety of critical actions, from weekly planning to programming and contributing to marketing campaigns.
The Apple Services Academy is a fixed 12 month entry-level program starting in September 2023 and is based in Mumbai, India. It is full-time, competitively salaried, and includes a program to support personal development.

Job Responsibilities
- Support managers and teams in their core weekly activities
- Collaborate with designers, programmers, marketers, and product managers to build amazing user experiences
- Generate and implement ideas for Apple Video and Music
- Apply strong passion and curiosity about apps as well as technology, media and entertainment
- You will be a vital and impactful member of the team and every day will be different, rewarding and challenging
- Support in analysing key consumption and sales trends
- You will have a range of responsibilities including significant day-to-day tasks alongside longer project work
- Learn and develop superb Keynote presentation and reporting skills
Job Requirements
- Able to complete the full program (1 year), starting September 12th 2023
- We are looking for passion and potential rather than prior work experience
- Preferred education sphere includes performance marketing, media planning, PR, journalism, social science along with strong interpersonal skills and good at managing relationships
- Good technical skills (Apps, iOS, macOS, Keynote)
- Highly organised with capacity for balancing multiple projects at a time
- A deep understanding of the digital world
- This role is based in Mumbai, candidates must be eligible to work in India for the whole 1 year program
