The role will work closely with a global team of engineers to build robust solutions that meet our business objectives following continuous integration and continuous deployment processes, while providing guidance to associate level engineers. The Associate Software Engineer (DevOps & Automation) is required to take a holistic view and be engaged throughout the development lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop features using best practices and ensure it fits with the architecture for the product
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, tools for product delivery to AWS/Azure / OKD / OpenShift
- Ensure the right work is being done, work with Team Lead to know that product qualities like, unit tests, automation, throughout, capacities, security & performance will be sufficient
- Identify, monitor and resolve feature related issues; escalate if individual resolution is not possible
- Build and manage automation / pipelines / solution to automate development & testing processes
Job Requirements
- Hands on experience into Powershell scripting
- 1+ years of experience developing, managing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks, Terraform, Helm Charts
- Understanding of contact center software and applications
- 1+ years of experience managing/working on enterprise-wide Kubernetes platform
- Monitoring alerts originating from tools like Splunk, DataDog
