Job Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and interviews using online scheduling tools
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including digital filing, preparing documents, and handling email correspondence
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to gather feedback or provide additional information
- Maintain digital records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally from a remote location
- Make outbound calls to customers or clients as required
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while working remotely
Job Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Friendly, approachable, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM systems, and online communication tools like Zoom, Slack, etc
- A quiet workspace with reliable internet connectivity and a computer/laptop with necessary software installed

- Ability to handle difficult situations and find effective solutions
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor during video calls or virtual meetings
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
