Job Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops, and surveys to collect information on current processes and desired outcomes
- Collaborate with software developers and architects to design solutions that meet business needs
- Assist project managers in defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to ensure the final product meets stakeholder expectations
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and project management methodologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with software development languages and technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
