Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist with all budget activities, including accounting
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences
  • Help implement new sales programs, procedures, methods, and systems
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks related to sales processes
  • Provides operational and administrative support to assigned business unit
  • Develops and maintains administration procedures, manuals, and office files
  • Responsible for preparation of confidential documents and reports
  • Coordinates and organizes workflow of department projects

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with graphic design and desktop publishing
  • Ability to write persuasively
  • Ability to type a certain rate of words per minute
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Monday to Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones- Multiple shifts
