- Work with the DTE recruiting teams to drive the recruiting risk and compliance agenda for India GU
- Identify existing / potential risks and link Process, Technology and People to mitigate / eliminate the risks

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct a periodic review of all recruiting manuals and review responsibilities and accountability defined in entity recruiting and HRSS manuals to identify conflicting roles, responsibilities and access between these teams
- Regularly attend hiring events across entities to understand how the process is being executed. Report concerns or anomalies, if any, to the relevant recruiting lead
- Track and ensure closure of all recruiting related actions identified through internal and external reviews / audits
- Partner with entity recruiting teams to mitigate risks by implementing appropriate controls / actions
- Conduct Self-Checks of recruiting controls and processes to proactively identify vulnerabilities by partnering with entity teams
- Conduct review post introduction of new process and technology changes to assess awareness and effectiveness of implementation
Job Requirements
- Must have recruiting process expertise and in-depth knowledge of the policies
- Good in Program Management
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Must be excellent in stakeholder management and highly collaborative
- Must have problem solving and analytical skills
