Job Summary
It is the individual who maintains the client relationships from the sales division after the business has been won. The Account Manager Representative is a client’s representative on the corporate side to ensure all demands are met with a strong focus on customer experience.
The department acts as a partner to the sales representative but reports into UX & client experience to ensure clients’ needs are understood and addressed in a proactive manner.

Job Responsibilities
- Develops baseline metrics for accounts in the current state and establishes future state metrics for growth and expansion
- Collaborates with all internal departments to ensure they fill all client requests
- Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
- Maintains and grows accounts on the three principles of evaluating, analyzing, and recommending
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Works to collect and analyze data from client behavior to understand changing needs and implement when fiscally necessary
- Train Accounts on Acutis products and services
Job Requirements

- Excellent communication and comprehension skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint
- Ability to, and able to have the foresight, to prevent future issues with solutions
