Job Summary

Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish defects from enhancement requests. Work with a team of business analysts and client support personnel related to CLO and syndicated loan software and perform these functions on a hands-on basis for our most complex clients.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client support queries, issues, and enhancement requests ensuring adherence to SLAs
  • Analyze, synthesize, and prioritize requirements for enhancements to systems and business processes throughout the product development life cycle
  • Gather information from the respective stakeholders such as clients and team members to document functional, system, and data requirements and to acquire consensus
  • Coordinate and assist with testing activities to help identify, mitigate, and resolve issues
  • Provide guidance to quality assurance and the development team members to create unit and integrated test cases

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment to meet client deadlines
  • Highly developed written and strong oral communication skills
  • Flexibility in working hours according to business needs
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Strong organizational, analytical skills, problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
