Job Responsibilities
- Advise customers based on product capabilities and methodologies, applying reuse where applicable.
- Configure the solution, followed by the creation, execution and maintenance of accurate and detailed test plans for applicable testing.
- Reflect customer needs by assembling business documents and technical requirements.
- Communicate new details of new solutions and their impact on business processes to customers’ business and IT personnel.
- Design holistic and integrated high-level solutions that fit customers’ business needs, production operability and budget.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of the telecom industry and Amdocs business processes (ETOM, ASOM).
- Degree in Computer Science or Industrial Engineering & Management – Information System.
- Ability to communicate the Amdocs solution using various methods (presentations, demos, and so on).
- Experience in managing a team in cross-Amdocs domain solutions.
- Wide knowledge of relevant products and E2E Business process.
