This role is responsible for the development and management of supplier marketing plans and advertising activities in support of the commercial teams and activities including but not limited to the collection of advertising materials, distribution of art to appropriate parties, invoicing for advertising.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor relative supplier relations mailboxes and answer and direct inquiries as appropriate
- Support Commercial Teams in Planning and Executing Supplier Advertising
- Provide support for internal and external meetings and events including but not limited to assisting with sponsorship, value propositions, invoicing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute supplier marketing by gathering, editing and compiling articles, and advertising
- Implement and Review Marketing Activities
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of business travel management
- Effective communication skills (oral, written & presentation)
- Comprehensive marketing experience
- Strong business knowledge
- Fluent in business English
- Ability to travel internationally if required
- Strong understanding of the travel industry
