Job Responsibilities
- Provide feedback on aspects of customer interactions to the Customer Service Leadership team
- Receive and input customer orders through our ecommerce channel
- Continually build your fundamental knowledge of the retail services and product categories offered at Eastern Mountain Sports
- Execute department processes and procedures while meeting productivity goals
- Possess and continually improve your product knowledge, allowing you to provide customers with an authentic outfitting experience
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel and Word
- Excellent self-management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Enjoys the challenge of negotiating obstacles and solving problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle a large volume of data
