Job Responsibilities

  • Booking travel and accommodations
  • Creating presentations, as assigned
  • Responding to emails and phone calls
  • Providing customer service as first point of contact
  • Organizing managers’ calendars
  • Addressing employees administrative queries
  • Managing a contact list
  • Preparing customer spreadsheets and keep online records

Job Requirements

  • You have fluency in using tech tools (Slack, Notion, LinkedIn, Gmail, etc.)
  • You are available to work US hours (East Coast preferred)
  • You have advanced English skills to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region
