Phone banking officer is responsible for resolving customer queries over the phone on day-to-day bases providing efficient service, providing customers with relevant products and service information and cross selling various banking products to our existing customers over the phone.

Job Responsibilities
- Providing customers with relevant product and service information
- Cross-selling various banking products to customers over the phone
- Participate in sales activities and process of Retail Department in disciplined, steady manner
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
- Assist customer satisfaction and retention through successfully researching and resolve customer issues as well as inquiries
- Maintain and manage well-developed professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered
Job Requirements
- Open to work in rotational shifts
- Sales and Relationship experience from any industry
- Graduate with 0-5 years
- Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of banking services and products
