Job Description

• Salary: Upto 7 Lakh Per Annum

Key Accountabilities

• Customer Service – You will regularly update the service user on the status of their tickets to ensure they have visibility of progress and to priorities their user experience.
• Sourcing – Responsible for the successful delivery of actions needed to close ‘tickets’ raised by our service line users.
• Processes and Procedures – You will follow operational procurement processes with rigor, identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating these to the Process Centre of Excellence.
• Culture – You will support the embedding and the sustainment of a culture that is high performing, prioritises people, routinely follows standard process whilst looking for opportunities for controlled continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Capable of processing high volumes of repeatable tasks at high levels of accuracy, including effective prioritisation to maximise output.
• Strong IT skills across several applications, providing ability to quickly learn our procurement systems (SAP/Ivalua/Coupa).
• Superb English – spoken and written and Strong user experience focus.
• Experience of transactional delivery, operational buying or delivery in a shared service environment.
