Job Responsibilities
- Processing credit card payments via PayPal
- Support to reduce outstanding debt
- Performing credit checks on Partners & Distributors
- Liaising with the Sales and Order Processing teams regarding customer queries, credit accounts, and order disputes
- Support team to help achieve monthly collection targets
- Monitoring the Credit Control inbox daily
- Sending out copy invoices/credit notes, statements, and final demands
- Providing support to Credit Controllers for their country specific ledgers
- Any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time
- Dealing with customer queries, via telephone & email
Job Requirements
- Great customer service skills, written and verbal
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Use of SAP and Salesforce
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Good knowledge of Excel
- General administrative skills
- Able to Prioritise workload
