Job Summary
You will work closely with business stakeholders to distill your analysis into actionable insights and recommendations. You will provide analytical expertise to support key strategic and operational initiatives for our CTS Organization. You will use a range of statistical methods, algorithms, and analysis techniques to surface insights and advise business leaders on strategy.

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct research from problem definition through execution of analysis and highlight potential areas of concern for senior management based on your analysis
- Execute sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses, including advanced modeling, that translate raw data into insights that can be turned into actionable recommendations and built into reports and dashboards
- Engage business leaders to determine how to best answer their questions through analysis Provide clear and actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions
- Assess the impact of business strategies and provide clear articulation of analysis to support decision-making for senior management
Job Requirements
- Strong experience with presenting data and storytelling tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to conduct sophisticated qualitative and quantitative analyses
- Strong experience with BI/Data Visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Python
