Job Responsibilities
- Respond to internal requests to clarify, verify, reconcile, and control security, index, benchmark, and performance data ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis and define requirements for data management processes and system workflows.
- Support daily and periodic index calculations, validation and distribution tasks including benchmark setup, maintenance, reconciliation, and deactivation within agreed Service Level Agreements throughout its lifecycle.
- Follow, document, and review standard operating procedures, to ensure its fit for purpose.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in data manipulation, analysis tools (Excel/VBA/Macro, SQL) and ETL tool (Alteryx)
- Basic knowledge of scripting (Python, Shell) to aid in automation.
- Solid experience with reconciliation, root cause analysis, complex troubleshooting and document findings.
- Working knowledge of leading market data platforms (e.g., Rime, Bloomberg, ICE, Refinitiv).
- Strong communication skills (English) both verbal and written. Able to explain technical and non-technical topics to stakeholders.
