Job Requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to document system designs, configurations, and processes.
- Support the creation of dashboards and reports that provide visibility into system performance and team operations
- Respond to documentation-related queries and provide assistance to team members and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system manuals, user guides, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in the development and implementation of documentation and metrics standards to ensure consistency and quality
Job Requirements
- Strong written/oral communication skills, data focused, able to work in a team environment, project management, analytical skills
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
- Familiarity with IT and software development processes
- Must be legally authorized to work in India for any employer without sponsorship
