The candidate will be responsible to carry out Know-Your-Customer verification process of the customer through video calls. The role requires the candidate to understand and adhere to SOPs defined for video calls while maintaining service level. - Provides/expedites prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers/delivery partners
- Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
- Actively seek solutions through logical reasoning and identify trends to suggest process improvements
- Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
- Maintains or exceeds targeted performance metrics
Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently
- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English language
- Team player, flexible per business requirement, ability to quickly learn & successfully adapt in dynamic environment
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explorer
- Self-disciplined, detail oriented and willing to work in night shifts
