Job Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients throughout the customer journey, from onboarding through to continued platform use, to improve retention and customer satisfaction
- Create and maintain client-facing documentation and educational resources, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and relevant
- Manage incoming customer requests, troubleshoot technical issues, and guide clients through the use of our platform
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution, ensuring accurate documentation of customer inquiries and their resolutions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients, promoting brand loyalty and advocacy
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using customer support software and tools, including ticketing systems, live chat, and email communications tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit diverse audiences and cultures
- Availability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients in different time zones
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
