Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Facilitate cohort launches, including bulk uploads on Gmail and Coassemble (our Training platform)
  • Record and manage training workshop recordings
  • Send reminders and update emails regarding workshop schedules
  • Manage admin tasks for onboarding trainee
  • Update all the spreadsheets used for analyzing team performance metrics
  • Respond to emails from trainees who haven’t officially started training
  • Sort and organize incoming emails on our main Gmail inbox.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with email management systems
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
  • Proficiency in basic administrative tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
