Job Responsibilities
- Communicating with management and other team members to ensure status updates
- Sourcing from different channels and screening resumes and applications
- Developing & driving comprehensive search strategies to recruit the tech/non-tech
- Work on employee engagement projects
- Conducting preliminary interviews and coordinating various rounds of assessments & interviews
- Coordinating with hiring managers as and when required
Job Requirements
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Experience with in-house recruitment is preferred
- Attention to detail and relentless follow-up
- Experience in a Start-up environment is a huge plus
- Ability to prioritize work
