Job Responsibilities
- Proactively contribute on reporting standards, and ensure monthly reporting is reliable, accurate and released to the right people on time, every month
- Develop and sustain complex dashboards in Power BI and other reporting that enable key stakeholders to make business decisions
- Influence key stakeholders and the People Function globally to increase self-service, and use of dashboards to derive insight and inform decision making
- Assess and respond to on demand reporting request on People data
Job Requirements
- Practical experience in reporting and BI authoring
- Customer focused and comfortable working with diverse stakeholders in different functions
- Resilient, able to deal with complexity in a people-centric business
- Strong, proven knowledge and experience of PowerBI is essential, Workday Reporting and Alteryx are desirable
- Basic project and product management skills are essential
