Job Responsibilities
- Problem-solving skills to effectively address and resolve customer issues
- Continuous improvement of the support process by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues related to products of Springworks
- Hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant applications like Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, Google Sheets etc
- Being educated about product features, operations process, keep the relevant stakeholders updated on the feedback
- Exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
Job Requirements
- Ability to handle customer enquiries with empathy and professionalism
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and proactively address challenges
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications
Note: This is a full time internship opportunity and you should be available for a minimum duration of 9 months.
