Job Responsibilities
- Assist with revenue management items specifically around month end research and resolution
- Produce, review and maintain operational documentation and communications
- Participating in special projects and other duties as deemed necessary
- Participation as assigned team member to triage, route, respond or manage POM information channels at specific points in time including e-mail, MS Teams, roundtable, verbal, or other flows as needed
- Active and timely entries to Operations conversations, tools, and resources
Job Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of professional services business including back-office processes and/or operations and technologies
- Strong project management skills
- Technology expertise on multiple tools with a key ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Some degree of creativity and willingness to provide feedback and make suggestions is expected
